Can I obtain skin lightening soap in chinese/vietnamese supermarkets?

Question by Stephanie.: Can I obtain skin lightening soap in chinese/vietnamese supermarkets?
I have some discolorations on my skin, and I’m trying to whiten them out. I know most Filipino stores carry skin lightening products, but I was wondering if Chinese/Vietnamese stores do as well?

i’m half chinese and half vietnamese, and my mother has a skin whitening cream that she uses. you can find it in most vietnamese stores, or chinatown. i’m not sure about whitening soaps because i’ve never heard of them, but maybe it’s just me.
