Can somebody else use the personalized coupons that Kroger mails me?

Question by b0xenjester: Can somebody else use the personalized coupons that Kroger mails me?
I shop at Kroger using my Kroger Plus shopper’s card, and they mail me personalized coupons based on the products I buy often. Some of the coupons say “Must use Shopper’s Card for Discount.” Does this mean it will only work with my card, or can I give them to a friend to use with her card? I’d like to hear from somebody who has tried this personally, not just guessing.

last I knew, their system didn’t match it up to a specific card. but that was a couple years ago. I’d be surprised if it’s changed, they want to get people in the store to buy stuff.
