Can someone send me a completed grocery list for Weeks 1 to 3 of Weight watchers and the recipes that go with list. I really want to do the program but just dont have the time to read the cook books and create the shopping list.
The ww site does not have a list. they give suggestions, but i just want it done for me….i know..lazy lazy lazy.
