Question by sandro t: How does publix get their fruit salad so sweet?
I buy fruit from publix all the time but it’s never as good as their prepackaged (overpriced) fruit salads. Not only are their fruit salads sweet, they’re also flavorful, not over or under ripe, and their texture seems perfect.
Maybe I’m just a sucker for genetically enhanced fruit.
