You just fold some butter cream into unsweetened whipped cream!
Personally I hate Hannaford’s best cream, but I know a lot of people that love it so I experimented a bit and found this to work really well.
Make your favorite butter cream recipe, but halve the recipe so you only end up with about a cup of frosting.
Then beat one and a half cups of heaving whipping cream with an electric beater until it forms peaks and is a good whipped cream consistency. Fold a spatula full of whipped cream into the frosting in a large bowl, then add that mixture into the whipped cream and fold until incorporated.
Pretty easy! You can always fiddle with it too and add more/less frosting to make it as sweet as you like.
Good luck =)
p.s. It’s funny to hear you say Hannaford, I happen to live in Maine so I know what you’re talking about but there aren’t Hannafords in many states!
