Cons are Costco has an annual fee. Also, if you comparison shop, sometimes the supermarket beats the price of Costco. The supermarket, to me even gives more coupons ($ 10-15 etc) and free turkeys & hams. Maybe Im just not shopping at Costco enough to see the true benefit. Each time I go to Costco, I leave with a $ 150+ receipt. Those industrial sized goods do add up!

In General you will spend more at Costco but the quality of the items is better. I shop around a bit to get the best deal for what I want. Cheaper isnt always the best deal. For Food stuff I tend to shop the most and use a variety of sources. Overall I find Costco worth it. Heck lunch is cheap there esp if you go when they are giving out free samples….
