I am 18 years old, and sometimes I do go food shopping for myself. I want to see, if anyone can give me ideas on how to save money, when food shopping.

Always make a list before you go and buy only what is on it.
Buy off brands.
Try to buy meat in bulk and then put it in smaller freezer bags when you get home.
Sometimes coupons can save you money but sometimes the products are more costly than the off brands.
Watch for sales in sales circulars.
Never shop when you are hungry.
