Question by THE.bull.B: What major supermarket chains are known for low GI foods?
I am trying to go on a low GI diet to increase brain performance. However, i do not know what Supermarket chain( such as shop rite) sells low GI foods. I have a list that includes porridge oats, so ya bread, lean meats, fatty fish, and skinless poultry.
